For returning the free shipped products, buyer is responsible for the two way shipping cost.

When an order is cancelled before shipment, payment will be refunded. If the order is cancelled after shipment, Two way shipping cost will be deducted from the payment and the rest of the payment will be refunded.

If you receive your item damaged or broken after the delivery, please contact us immediately. With your message please send us the detailed pictures of the damaged box, package or item,. As soon as we receive the pictures and your message, we will check them, and contact you for fixing the problem as soon as possible,
